Dining Plus Membership Agreement

Use of the membership card and/or any of the certificates constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein:

1. Dining Benefit (Non-transferable): Members shall receive a twenty-five percent (25%) discount off their food bill, any time, at all participating restaurants, for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people dining

Conditions: Only one card per table • Membership Card must be presented at time of dining in order to receive discount • All food must be purchased during the outlets' operating hours, and ordered from the outlets' regular menu, including any and all special menus, attachments, or "clip-ons" • The discount shall not be applied to (a) applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities; (b) orders made off-premises, functions, or through room service; (c) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the Dining Plus program; (d) all beverages

2. Lounge, Lobby Lounge & Bar Benefit (Non-transferable): Members shall receive a twenty-five percent (25%) discount off their food bill, any time, at all participating lounge, lobby lounge & bar, for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people dining • The discount shall not be applied to (a) applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities; (b) all beverages • Not valid during Friday Brunch at Al Fanar

3. Beverage Benefit (Non-transferable): Members shall receive a twenty percent (20%) discount on all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people • Valid at all participating outlets • Discount shall not apply to applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities • Not valid during Friday Brunch at Al Fanar

4. Spa Treatments / Personal Training & Recreational Facilities (Non-transferable): Members shall receive a twenty percent (20%) discount off spa treatments, personal training & recreational facilities • Valid only from Sunday to Wednesday

5. Complimentary Entrance (Non-transferable): Members will be entitled to a complimentary entrance to Al Fanar • Subject to advance reservation • Not valid for entry on Thursdays

6. Certificate Booklet: Each member will receive one (1) set of Dining Plus Certificates, containing the following certificates for use at The Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Residence & Spa, terms & conditions as printed on each certificate:
a. 4 x BHD 20 Cash Certificate (Transferable): Four (4) cash certificates to the value of twenty Bahraini Dinars (BHD 20) each, for full or part payment of food and beverage • Only one (1) certificate may be used per visit  • Valid for all participating outlets except Fiddlers Green • Not valid during Friday brunch at Al Fanar
b. 1 x Complimentary House wine Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for one (1) complimentary bottle of alcoholic or non-alcoholic house wine, when dining at Kontiki or Mondo • Valid for Dinner only
c. 1 x Complimentary Dinner Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary dinner for two (2) people, including soft drinks, when dining at Olivos Brasserie
d. 1 x Birthday/Anniversary Certificate (Non-transferable): One (1) certificate for one (1) complimentary two pound (2 lb) / one kilogram (1 kg) birthday/anniversary cake when dining at any participating outlet • Subject to a minimum of two (2) people dining up to a maximum of ten (10) people dining • Valid for all participating outlets except Fiddlers Green • Not valid during Friday brunch at Al Fanar
e. 1 x Special Occasion Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a thirty percent (30%) discount off the total bill • Subject to a minimum of eight (8) people dining up to a maximum of ten (10) people dining • Valid for all participating outlets except Fiddlers Green • Not valid during Friday brunch at Al Fanar
f. 2 x Happy Hour Certificate (Transferable): Two (2) certificates for a fifty percent (50%) discount off the total bill • Valid only at Skylight bar & lounge • Subject to a minimum of two (2) people dining up to a maximum of four (4) people dining • Valid for orders between 6pm through until 8pm
g. 2 x Health Club Outdoor Pool Certificate (Non-transferable): Two (2) certificates for a complimentary one (1) day visit to enjoy the hotel’s Health Club and Outdoor Pool facilities for two (2) people
h. 1 x Stay Fit Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a twenty percent (20%) discount on the annual membership fee for up to two (2) people, valid at The Diplomat Spa

7. Referral Card Incentive (Non-transferable): Upon submission of the names of a minimum of five (5) friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential membership, Member shall receive, for any such friend or colleague who purchases a membership, one (1) certificate for a complimentary lunch or dinner (set menu) for two (2) people, including soft drinks, valid at Mondo

Conditions: Valid only at Mondo • A maximum of two (2) certificates per Member per membership term
